Kate brings more than two years of experience coordinating supports for participants with complex needs—along with personal lived experience navigating the NDIS herself.

She knows the NDIS can be confusing, frustrating and sometimes feel like a full-time job just trying to get a straight answer. Her approach is practical, honest and down-to-earth: no unnecessary jargon, no being passed around, and no making people feel like just another number.

Kate isn’t afraid to follow things up, ask the difficult questions and advocate for what participants genuinely need. She works alongside participants and families to understand their goals, connect with the right providers and make the most of their NDIS plans.
