Activities Centre Programs
Gotcha Helping Hands Art, Craft and Cooking, Baking and Meal Preparation Programs provides participants with access to structured, supported cooking and baking activities in a community-based setting. The program is designed to assist participants to engage in meaningful social and recreational participation while developing practical everyday skills, confidence, routine and independence

Art
Art activities can be a great way for people with and without disability to connect, build confidence, and express themselves in a safe and enjoyable environment.
For NDIS participants, art can help work towards goals such as improving social skills, increasing independence, developing communication, building fine motor skills, managing emotions, and participating more in the community. Art activities also encourage choice-making, creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork, while giving participants a sense of achievement.
For people without disability, inclusive art activities help build understanding, friendships, respect, and community connection.
